Each student must read, initial, and sign each point on the Student Expectations Agreement before they are able to join and attend classes at BAHA. This is the standard we will hold all students and parents to during the school year if issues arise. *REQUIRED

BAHA is a homeschool partnership program that depends on the consistency and accountability of the parents’ involvement at home. Please read, initial, and sign the Parent Agreement Form prior to the start of the school year. *REQUIRED

Beta Club Applications

BAHA offers hot lunches each school day on the 6-12 campus. A separate form and payment is necessary for each semester in advance in order for your student to be on the list for lunch orders. Click the link to fill out the digital lunch form.


Beta Club is an honors club centered around servant leadership. You can read eligibility guidelines and apply by filling out the application below. Returning Beta Club members do not need to provide reference letters, but can just submit a new signed contract. All applications and contracts need to be completed and turned in by September 1st.

 

BAHA Writing Society

 

Withdrawal Form


BAHA Writing Society is a Club run by fellow BAHA students under the leadership of Mrs. Hamon. This club builds up and encourages new and seasoned writers alike and hosts many fun events throughout the year. You can learn more and apply by clicking on the link below.


All students needing to withdraw from a class or from the program, will need to submit a Withdrawal Form. Out of respect for the teachers, you should pay tuition for the current month of classes at the time of the withdrawal. There is no additional penalty a part from that.


Off-Campus Permission Form

All students that plan to leave campus midday and then return to campus through out the year, need to have an Off-Campus Permission Form on file. This is required for student drivers, and their passengers. If a student is just driving to and from class, they do not heed this form.
