6-12 Math Classes
At BAHA we desire for each student to thrive in every class setting, and in math, that means mastering foundational arithmetic at each level before progressing. We want to work with you to ensure that your child is ready before moving forward so that he/she can confidently progress year after year. In order to better serve you in this way, we are now requiring Class Recommendations and Placement Tests in order for students to move forward to the next level in math for Pre-Algebra through Calculus. If you are new to the BAHA program, this will be a necessary step before your child can enroll in a math class.
A & B classes are the SAME class offered at 2 different times.
NEW** For the 2023-2024 School year, BAHA will be switching to the Saxon Algebra 1 and Algebra 2, 3rd edition book.

High School
NEW** High School Math Credits at BAHA
Moving forward BAHA will be using Saxon Edition 3 books for Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. In these books, the Geometry is integrated into the Algebra, allowing a student to get Geometry in each of the 3 upper level math classes and not needing to take it separately.. If a student does NOT plan to take Pre-Cal, they will need to take Geometry separately to complete their Geometry credit. If you have any questions, please email Amy Jackson.
