Experience

2005 started homeschooling my oldest son, then began homeschooling the other 2 sons as they reached school-age

2007-2009 FAITH Homeschool co-op. Taught pre-school class: wrote lesson plans using various online curricula in addition to teaching my oldest son at home

2009-2018 Classical Conversations. Taught 1st grade Foundations class for one year, then taught Essentials (4th-6th grade) for 9 years, in addition to teaching my own 2 sons at home

2018-2020 Taught English Grammar/Writing and U.S. History to several children in my home, in addition to teaching my own son

2019-2020 Tutored my middle son for his 11th grade public school AP Lang class 2019-present Tutoring my middle son for his Dual Credit Eng Comp class

2022-2023 Taught 4th, 5th, & 6th grade English and 6-8 Writing Workshop at BAHA

Other: I am obsessed with Charlie Brown & the Peanuts gang, I love all animals except cats, I don’t like pasta or eggs, and I can’t get enough homemade chocolate chip cookies! Oh and I genuinely LOVE ALLLLLLL of my students!
