Baking Foundations
Students will learn:

Edible Art & Decorating
Students will learn:

✔ Piping control
✔ Design thinking
✔ Artistic expression

Intro to Pastry
Students will learn:

✔ Egg foam fundamentals
✔ Precision piping
✔ Layering textures

Sweet Science & Confections
Students will learn:

✔ Introduction to sugar stages
✔ Chocolate handling
✔ Presentation techniques

 Each class is structured so students complete a finished project or recipe every session, reinforcing learning through creativity, confidence, and hands-on success.
