AGE REQUIREMENT: 9th-12th grade

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course will include discussions of the communication process, audience analysis, and public speaking guidelines. It will also cover  topic choice, research, organization, and effective communication. The course will also look at how to discern between fact and propaganda, and how to intellectually counter communicate with differing views with researched points.
 This course counts as a 1/2 credit on a high school transcript.
