COVID/FLU/COLD POLICY

Our health and safety goals at BAHA are two-fold:

  1. As a program, we desire for all BAHA families and teachers to remain healthy for the duration of the school year.

  2. As a program, we desire to always be making forward progress in our academic goals for the year, which includes being able to continue meeting for our weekly, in-person classes.

It is very important that each family take the monitoring of their family’s health seriously, as it affects the entire BAHA program as a whole. Below are the guidelines for the 2021-2022 school year.

  • Each family must self-access and monitor their student’s health at home, prior to coming to class at BAHA.
    Please do not send any student to class with COVID/Cold/Flu symptoms; even if undiagnosed.

  • If your student gets a positive COVID test result, please keep them home for 10 days to help protect the other BAHA families and teachers from potential infection.

  • If your student is exposed to COVID, there is not a required quarantine time, but we do ask that you thoroughly monitor them prior to sending them back to class to make sure that they do not develop any symptoms.
